Ina Gavazova
Creative Strategist, Animation Director, and Entrepreneur. CEO @ Kashu. Design thinker. Relentless doer.
Ina Gavazova is the founder and CEO of Kashu, an all-women creative studio focused on high-impact storytelling through animation, design, and motion.
With over 1,400 completed projects across diverse industries, she leads a team that thrives on turning complexity into clarity—visually, emotionally, and strategically.
Introduction
As one of Bulgaria's first video bloggers, Ina has been immersed in content creation since before the word "vlogger" existed. At 16, she started working for $1/hour in a Bulgarian studio while juggling high school and dance, later diving into animation through self-taught After Effects experiments. No tutorials—just curiosity and clicking every button to see what would happen.
At Kashu, every project follows a clear path: understand, simplify, design, engage. Whether she's explaining quantum sensors or visualizing a manufacturing process with five characters, devices, and motion all in one frame, Ina leads her team through a deeply thoughtful, highly iterative process that transforms abstract ideas into intuitive animated stories.
Outside the studio, Ina mentors and educates. She teaches motion design and creative entrepreneurship, focusing on the skills schools often skip: pricing, business communication, and financial confidence. Her mission is turning creative talent into sustainable creative careers.
Ina believes in disciplined creativity. She approaches every goal like a design sprint—break it down, schedule it, execute. No waiting, no drama. Just smart action.
